This dual-confirmation process ensures real-time validation and error prevention, with instant alerts and operator guidance to the correct position, thereby minimizing mistakes and increasing overall accuracy. Thanks to its intuitive design, the WTA reduces the need for memorization, simplifies training, and enables operators to adapt quickly — boosting both individual and team productivity. When combined with the Kardex Color Pick system, it supports batch picking, allowing operators to collect larger quantities of items for multiple orders simultaneously, further reducing travel distances and speeding up order fulfillment.
